Sapphire Gem Rooster?

I purchased 3 Sapphire Gems from a local feed store, I swore the labeling said "pullets" as I was sure I didn't want any Roosters, neighbors and noise ordinance. Anyway, as they are growing 2 are looking like the left chick, 4-5 weeks old now. I have heard mixed reviews, the hen Combs could just be big, or it is def a Rooster.

What do you all think? I feel pretty terrible, last thing I wanted to do was rehome my chicks I am growing attached to. They are beautiful birds, but I am afraid of the problems the Roosters could cause for us in this neighborhood.

The one on the left is definitely a rooster, and the one on right is a hen. Roosters get barred color and the females don’t.

Thank you so much for that reassurance. Sadly I will have to figure out what steps to take next. Ive joined a chicken swap group on Facebook, waiting to get accepted. Guess Peggy is actually Pete. haha!
