Sebastopol goslings! Weak baby!

Hi,
Mama just hatched two goslings on April 13th. I think they are both females (grey cap and grey back). Do you think they are likely females? Also, one of them seems more hyper than the other...does the slower one below in the video seem ok? I'm a little worried. Both have drank water and nibbled on some feed but clearly one is much more active. I love them so much and my heart would break if she doesn't make it...please guide me.

The one on the left hatched 8 hours before the other one. Notice she is more squat to the ground then the more alert one to the right. She also moves slower and fumbles and sits down more often. She eats less too. And I noticed on day 2 her wing is still droopy looking whereas the other one's wing has grown into place.

Sadly she passed away. Her sister is doing good.

She was always weak to start with. She was plump, drank water but never saw her eat. I tried feeding her but she had no desire. It was my first hatch by mama.
