Sorry that i disappeared. I ended up getting a nasty cold that turned into laryngitis that turned into an ear infection and my ear drum ended up bursting. You'd think I was a toddler, but nope. I'm a grown up (theoretically). Because of my ear being so messed up, I have some serious vertigo and have pretty much been flat on my back.

Congrats on all the cute new fuzzy butts. Sorry about the losses.

Hokankai, I'm disappointed your camera is off air. I was hoping to watch your babies hatch.

yeah I had to do 2 assists... One didn't make it and the one I thought wouldn't have made it.. Is doing well. First time doing surgery per se

The cam was off air because nothing was happening, LOL. I candled this morning and since there was only one that was even working on internally pipping I turned it off so I could use my phone for the day (that's where the cam is). The cam is back up and there's a LOT of movement but still no pips that I can see. I'm hoping we have some action this evening!

Hokankai, You are probably much more experienced than I am...maybe 6-7 so-so successful hatches under this belt...but I was wondering what your humidity is. My incubator always fogged up some atleast around the corners during lockdown.

HA, this is my first hatch ever. My humidity right now is 60-65 and the plug is open. It's a forced air though so there's plenty of airflow.

Maybe thats why it doesn't fog. Mine was a still air. Are they making any cheeping noises?

WE HAVE OUR FIRST PIP!!! I've moved the cam to the pipped egg for now since it's the only one so far.
