My EE that needed help getting out of the shell seems ok...calm compared to the others but sweet. Maybe give it some lytes. Maybe just needs a little more rest.

They have both lytes and a bit of sugar in their water but he's not interested. He pecked at some food this evening but I had to force him out from under the brooder. He just wanted to stay under the brooder .

Hoping a night of rest helps him, but my hopes aren't high if he doesn't start drinking in the morning.

If you haven't already also try wetting the food down into a mash... I did that the first couple days also.

She just wanted ro sleep in the hot spot. She is now the chick in my avatar. I did dip my finger in the water and wet her beak the first day. She has now caught up with the other two chicks.

this is the second time a barred rock chick i hatched was unable to walk, it kind of wobles around using its whole leg as a foot. It's so strange I guess i'll have to band aid this one too
