Our Salmon Faverolle hen (almost 3 years old) started showing symptoms of an issue a week ago. She stopped eating and drinking, started acting lethargic. She refused to get on the roost at night and acted uncomfortable if put up, but would stay on it. Noticed severe weight loss and head twitching as if she had something stuck on her face. Checked for egg binding, treated for worms. We saw no significant improvement and she continued to get worse so we decided to cull her. None of our other poultry have shown any similar symptoms or issues.
We performed a necropsy to determine what caused her to get so ill. She had barely any muscle meat and her skin was shriveled from severe dehydration. We didn't get a picture but her liver had green spots under the surface and a few odd bumps that felt like tumors. There were visible tumors connected to the liver and she had multiple cysts on her intestines and reproductive tract. The cecas were full of dry, hard cecals. The tips had a pocket of air or gas on both sides. The gizzard had grit as expected but also had food, the lining and food inside were a bright yellow. She'd had a bit of egg yolk and wet food over 24 hours before culling.
Here are some photos of her reproductive tract, any thoughts?

The second picture looks like a malignancy, and there are lash eggs from salpingitis in last 2. I am not really an expert on necropsies, but thank you for posting. Hopefully others with more experience can offer opinions.
