I have three chicks that are red sex link nd two have combs and beards, the other one is just starting to get a comb. Any idea

Hatchery red sex links? Beards aren't usually present on those birds. Do you mean wattles? Or are your birds from a private breeder who could have made their own sex link cross?

Pics would help.

If they are hatchery red sex links, you can tell by the color. If they're basically reddish colored, especially on the breast, with white tips on the collar, wings and tail, they're female. If they're white/silver on the breast, they're male.

Sex links can mature pretty fast. I've had some start laying as soon as 16 weeks--shocked me! So it's not uncommon for them to start getting some comb at an earlier age.

But, pics are worth a thousand words and all that......
 
So, I don't think you have sex links. It looks like one pullet--the first bird, and two cockerels.

Your birds look like second generation sex links, basically red and white mixed breed birds. If they came from a private seller instead of a hatchery, I'm thinkng that's what you have.
