Sex, breed and colour help please!

Hi there. Three for your perusal. The black one is unknown breed. Sold to me as a Barred Rock hen chick, but obv isn't. So what is he? Is he a he for sure??

Looks like a Black sex-link pullet, which is a hybrid (a cross usually between a RIR rooster and a Barred Rock hen) that lets you sex them at hatch by their color, yours is a pullet. A cockerel would have barring.
