Sexing Chicks

Who can offer advice to a novice regarding sexing of chicks in the 4 to 8 week old category? I'm wanting to get some BR's this weekend and I'm only interested in pullets. The guy has 28 of them in that age range.

In case it wasn't mentioned Barred Rock pullets usually will have a black wash on front of legs. General stance at that age range will speak volumes too.
