How do you do it? I guess by looking at how red the comb gets and how aggressive or loud they are? I've tried looking around on the internet but can't find anything on what to look for in a rooster or hen other than what they look like as an adult.

Oh wow - I'm asking the same question and your post was the first thing that came up on google! I know you posted years ago, but did you figure out at what age sex could be determined? I have 5 that i KNOW are boys, but i don't want to have my buyer come until ALL potential boys are confirmed boys. (He is only allowed hens - city dweller :p) Mine are currently 8 weeks to the day and fully feathered, which - of course - is of no help with the cornish breed!
