Does this chick need help? It’s been like this over 24 hours?

If it's been zipped for over 24 hours I would assist. Gently remove the top of the egg and see how the baby looks. What's your humidity at? The membrane looks really dry, and it's probably shrink wrapped. You may need to use coconut oil and warm water to moisten the membrane and get the chick out.
