Check out these links. Latter may be more of interest but neither deals with owner consistently not confining. If you knew daily upkeep cost per bird you could calculate how many days you have birds in position before you invested their recognized worth. Then conceivably they would be yours as you deem fit.

Personally, I would keep the gamerooster and get rid of all the non-games.

Games are very skittish. Even my 1 remaining 3 yr old game hen......likes to keep her distance.
