This is Pippy Blue hatched 3/7/15. She was a pecker from the very start and had me worried. She has since calmed down quite a bit thank goodness.

This is Pip now. She was born kind of silver and is now blue. Any ideas what color she'll out to be?

We had a "problem child" EE from the very start.

She was always pecking at and chasing all the other baby chicks.

We named her Cull early on.


She is almost 5 weeks old now and still the most difficult of the bunch.

She is no longer the bully, but she is always the last one to allow me to catch her.

And when I do catch her, she screams like she's being killed.


Anyway, she turned out to be quite pretty.


Here she is as a day old chickie:

This was taken a few days ago.

i have a day old and half a day old. The day old whom i think needs remaming as cull pecks the crap out of and drags around the half day old. I have them segregated now. Please tell me they grow out of it very quickly.
