They look like they have eyeliner on! I have two, I would say they are the prettiest chickens, friendly not so much! I think one of mine might be a rooster! We'll see......

I borrowed some EE eggs from a friend so my broody could try hatching a raising chicks. I haven't named any of these because I have plans for them to go to a new home as soon as their coop is built and Mama hen decides she is finished raising them. I'm desperately trying to not get too attached! We're enjoying them, but I'm finding it a very different experience to have broody raised chicks compared to raising them myself in the house.

At 2 days - sadly, we lost one of the little silvers the next day. Got stepped on or smothered by the broody...
