Love everyones mutts, especially the BEAUTIFUL NN hen in shades of grey and white!
Mariposa, my supposed ameracauna, but im pretty sure is a SLW barnyard mutt:

Korima and Calliope, my supposed silkie, but im pretty sure are silkiex millie fleur mutts:

Shaniqua, supposed to be an australorp, but is much smaller than her sisters and has brown on her chest:

Buff Puff (BP to all his peeps). He's a BO/Silkie

Muffin. She's BP's daughter, so a BO-Silkie/EE. She lays a little blue egg

Juno. Also BP's daughter. Her mom was an EE too.

Tipsy. Also BP's daughter (he was a busy guy, what can I say?). I'm not sure who her mom is, but I love her!

Marilyn. BP's daughter also. I'm also not sure who her mom is.

Cream Puff. I don't have this girl anymore, and I miss her terribly. I got her at a swap as a barnyard mix. She had a gamey type body and was an awesome broody.

I don't have great shots but here's a couple. I can post better and more up to date shots tonight. But here's a shot of Doug and Fluffy. She's a little camera shy. Doug, however, is a diva

These are my 3 youngest babies. Their (tentative) names are Ruby, Snoopy and Delilah. Their coloring is so cool now (a month later) that I just can't help but go out and look at them just to see what's new each day

I gotta say though, I think I prefer mutts to pure bred as well. I love all the interesting colors.
That gray and white NN is so gorgeous! I really want one like that

this was Kayeff Cee he was a barred rock leghorn cross wasnt to bright.. found him dead in the coop got his cone stuck it his feeder must have paniced and lost his footing

was pure white looked like a pure leghorn.

this little dude under my broody hen is duke he is my barred rock bluecochin cross all barred with fuzzy little feet hes got a cross beak and im worried hes not going to make it to adulthood because of it

this is lucky barred rock leghorn X she had a date with death may many times.. she hatched 4 days to early and was slow to the whole walking thing once she found her feet she was just like the others i came home one day and she was STUCK in the water dish like STUCK STUCK i pulled her out and dryed her with a hair dryer she got bit by a dog had a huge puncture in her chest.. and lots of fluff was missing.. and thats why shes lucky

Red, my RIR/Brahma cockeral is my favorite to show

Blackie, a Brahma/? pullet

Marvin, another Brahma/? cockeral

When I get an incubator, I will hatch some Golden Laced(Hen)/WCB(Roo) Polish, Bantam Barred Cochin(Hen)/Bantam Black Frizzle(Roo), and Red and Blackie's offspring. (at least)
