I can’t tell if this chick is shrink wrapped or not. It pipped opposite it’s air cell around 8 this morning, it’s been about 12 hours. It’s cheeping occasionally and moving. There’s a small slit/tear in the membrane where it’s egg tooth broke through a little bit. I know sometimes it takes longer for them to hatch because they need more time to absorb the yolk. However the bit that’s white wasn’t white before, I’m assuming it is the membrane. The humidity has been between 65% and 80% since last night. Also I can’t tell if the chick is yawning/chewing or trying to bust out. I’ll attempt to include the video. I think this is the only BCM eggs that might hatch so I really don’t want anything to happen to it.
Edit: Couldn’t include the video. Is there a way to do it?
