She seems a little upset because of the respiratory problem other than that she's walking/running just fine but isn't eating as much as she does usually.
I've cut down the antibiotics because they're not affecting, in fact making her diarrhea worse.

Can you get VetRX I understand it is good for respiratory issues. Do you have other poultry/ducks? A good bird probiotic would also help with the diarrhea
