Sick Bird

My parakeet was fine this morning, but now she is puking. At first I thought she was doing it affectionately, like I had read that some do, but she isn't chirping anymore and she looks sick. It looks like she is straining and I am worried. She is actually puking up whole seeds. Is there anything that I can do?

By the next day she seemed completely fine. I have no clue what happened. I did notice that she was only puking up one kind of seed, which I thought was kind of weird. We got new food for her and she is doing great! Thanks for checking up on her.
