Sick chicken cage clean or throw away?

I have a really nice cage that I used for a sick chicken! I have no idea what the chicken had whatever it was we decided to just put her down. Anyway I need to know will it be safe to clean the cage with bleach and use the cage again?
Question 2....I got a chicken tractor and a large chicken pen given too me from a friend who just said he didn't have time for chickens anymore....we are using the wood to build a brooder out of I cleaned and its been sitting unused for a while...what is the best way to clean it? Thanks!!!

The cage will be fine after cleaning it. Let it set out in sunshine for a few days.
You can use a sprayer containing bleachwater to spray the tractor and pen since you stated it was already cleaned, just let it air dry.
