Sick Chicken!

My Red Star has gone very light in weight, when I pick him up, it's like holding air. He is not very lethargic, but he walks slower than the others, when he eats, he doesn't eat everything he pecks at, he also drinks water. He also has a pooey butt.
What's wrong with him, and is there anything I can do to cure it?

Look over his body, paying attention to the vent, while parting feathers to make sure there are no mites or lice. Do it at night with a head lamp or flashlight. Treat if needed. Deworm him, treat for coccidiosis, then deworm again 10 days after the first one.
