Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? Only 1 hen sick. She has her head down towards the ground. I just noticed today, but I was at work all day yesterday. She eats laying pellets, tractor supply brand. Scraps, mostly veggies and pasta. I am expanding there coop because I did add new chicks. It’s been a month ago. She is just over a year old.

When was the last time she laid? How does her poop look? Is she still eating and drinking?

From other posts I've seen with similar head positions I think it's likely she has injured or sprained her neck somehow. The good news is that most birds seem to recover fully. If she has trouble eating/drinking or is getting picked on she may need some extra TLC. Won't hurt to give her some extra vitamins (mainly thiamine, E, and selenium). Here are a couple similar threads I found:

Hope she makes a full recovery. Let us know how she does.
