Sick? Normal? Help!

I'm very new to chickens we have two 7 week pullets and two 9 week pullets. We've had them for two weeks. The place we got them said they are vaccinated. How worried should I be?

I wouldn't be too worried. The blood may just be shed intestinal lining. Especially because this isn't diarrhea, I would guess that your birds are fine. Just keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms or sleepiness, which could indicate Coccidiosis.
