Sick rir hen

Im asking for a friend. The hen is 3-4 years old with bad breath and not moving around much with a floppy pale comb. She is not showing any symptoms of anything respiratory or sour crop other then bad breath. What could this be??

Watching. We’ve had a few hens like this, never knew exactly what was wrong, other than a common cold/illness, as it always cleared up after a few days being treated with antibiotics and/or vetrex, depending on if they were snotty or not.
Edit:We use Dura-Pen penicillin
