Sick Rooster - Unbalanced, One Eye Closed, Not eating well

Sorry about your hen. It is rather strange for her to have wry neck symptoms at her age. Does her left eye look like her right eye to you? The eye position looks a little off in the picture. A head injury or other brain problem, along with vitamin E or B1 deficiency, or Mareks and a few other diseases can cause wry neck or torticolis symptoms. Her tail being down is significant sometimes for a reproductive disorder, but it could be because she is feeling bad. I would try to feed her water, vitamins, and help her to eat some feed mixed with water, and a little scrambeld egg bits. Let us know what your vet has to say tomorrow.

they did A bunch of bloodwork but did give her a steroid shot and within a few hours her head was straight and normal hoping just inflammation. They said not Marek’s. But suspected an imbalance or parasite so will know Monday or Tuesday but already she is back to normal and eating

Glad she's doing better!
I hope you get the results back soon. Please keep us posted.
