Silkie chick & colour question

My Silkie hens have finally started hatching some of their eggs! I have 2 hens and a rooster, all are partridge coloured. Yesterday I found this little guy under the hen, and is it possible I got a white bird from 2 partridge parents? I'm new to breeding chickens and want to get a better understanding of their colour genetics. Thanks in advance!
