I have read that week 7 only males start to get streamer feathers coming from the crest and both of mine have them is this a definite thing? Thanks

I don't see streamers, just feathers growing in. I think it will be a while before you will know the gender for sure on these ones.

Oof, yeah those combs make me think male, but I'd give them a few weeks. If they start getting texture/larger then I'd say you definitely have a couple of boys.
