Crests vary in size and shape. Mocha's crest is different, but a hen she is.
My hen's comb is a little smaller, but not by much. But she's also tinier than your average silkie hen.
I have two silkie roosters, both of them were almost fully developed if not done by 5 months. They were crowing at 4 months. They got combs and wattles 2-3 weeks before anyone else.
