Silkie not laying

So I hatch out silkie eggs last fall around this time. I kept two, a silver pullet and a silver roo. Beautiful birds. Only problem is after almost a year the pullet has yet to lay an egg. Gandolf has tried to get her to lay eggs. He calls her to the nest and makes her sit in it with him. She just gets up and walks away. Lately he has been trying to mount her and she wants nothing to do with him lol. Is there any physical reason why this little thing refuses to lay an egg? LOL her poor man really wants to have babies LOL

Silkies are not known to be good layers. I also have hens of different breeds that won't let the rooster touch them. I don't think there's anything wrong with her, just womanly moodiness!
