silkie roo having trouble walking

This is a different chicken, from the same batch, that only has 4 toes on each foot. I noticed today the third silkie has a very tiny 5th toe on one foot only. But definitely silkies right?

The one with the bad feet...this is the way he holds them when he walks. Last pic

Looks like it could be bumblefoot(or starting bumblefoot) on bottom of foot pad,it does appear swollen and i can see what looks like a sore in center of pad. The one nail to the left above your thumb,it is split in half?

I went back and checked his feet over and couldn't find any sores at all. And the nail has a groove in it. The nail on that toe on both feet is grooved.
