Silkie-roo or hen?

Unsure of age but he or she is still pretty young.
I am leaning rooster.
Also unsure of coloring. I originally thought black but I see other colors in him or her as well.
Thoughts?

I did manage to get one of the little comb there is lol. It would probably help if I had a better idea of age.

Updating because I feel Rockstart had a growth spurt he or she went from caring for the smaller chicks to pecking-which I know can be normal to an extent but the comb is still small. Are the longer pieces on the neck the start of streamers or just new feathering coming in and old coming out?

I hope you are correct! Lol She has been the only one really making me wonder. It'll likely be a sibling who I'm sure is a pullet that ends up being a roo
