Silkie Rooster Feed

I have a silkie rooster who is a 1 1/2 years old. I am moving him to a pen on his own with another silkie rooster. I was wondering what the best feed is to give to roosters. I am looking for something that's lower in Protein, and Calcium as I know the roosters don't need as much as the hens.
What would you recommend feeding him.

I feed my bantam roosters a non medicated grower, otherwise an All Flock works too.
