Silkie Rooster-St Louis

I have a grey and brown silkie rooster of about 18 weeks. I'm not sure if he is fertile or not but we cannot keep him because of the crowing in the morning. He seems to be kind of aggressive but I'm not sure if all roosters are like that. We prefer that he is not used as meat, but as an addition to your chicken family! We are in St. Louis MO
