Hens are coming today finally. A rooster also comes with them, but I don't need a third...
They're here :love
I am still learning to ID colours, so how close am I if a say the hens are a Black, a Silver, and a Partridge?

Now do you think the partridge is normal or blue? Trying to figure out a definite answer, her head is very dark but her tail looks blue. This is her in the sunlight.

Regular. Too dark to be a blue partridge. It can be really hard to tell on hens sometimes. I have one that's so dark a blue that she looks regular. I know what pen she's in but not sure which she is.

Sorry for the molt. Best picture I can get of one of my blue partridge right now. My good picture of a blue partridge with a partridge isn't a dark headed hen so looks different anyway.

They are supposed to be
Cock 36 oz
Hen 32 oz
Cockerel 32 oz
Pullet 28 oz

Mine tend to usually run a bit heavy but I have a few at weight
Going off those he's the right weight for a cockerel (I'm not actually sure how old he is), but using his body condition I still think he's underweight :hmm
