well i really wanted some siver laced but at $300 per chick i just cant do it.....oh well look for another breed....i have RIIR, BO BA and GLW and favs...but just wanted to add one really nice upcoming to breed for myself only...jeff

Heirloom Orpintons has them for $150 (minimum order of 10 chicks though, but I bet you could fill in with cheaper varieties). I have major chicken lust for them, but I just can't bring myself to start with something that rare.

Apparently, I've always had expensive taste! I think the SL orpington is just gorgeous. But $300?? Really???

How much are your silver laced Orpingtons? Do you have the chocolate cuckoo, black cuckoo and crele? If so how much are yours?
