My Pearl has been acting listless for the past few weeks. She is exactly two years-old. She will get out of the coop with the others and graze around the yard but at a much slower pace. She even stops and lays down every little while. She still eats but with very little gusto. However, her bottom feathers have been covered with poop; caked on in fact! She prefers to sleep alone in one of the egg boxes and that area doesn't appear to have been pooped in excessively, so I'm unsure whether she is having diarrhea. All of the other birds are fine, so far. Any ideas?

It sounds somewhat like egg yolk peritonitis or internal laying. I would clean her vent, trim her vent feathers, and put some probiotics in her water. Think about worming her with SafeGuard or Valbazen.
