six week old chicks

my six week old chicks are fully feathered and i was wondering if I can put them outside ,I live in New South Wales,Australia and we are in winter our temps range from 1degrees celcius to 15
and should i still put a light on them and what temp should i keep them at if outside.

They are at the age to where they can handle any temp as low as 60 degrees F. Every week they can take 5 degrees cooler. I generally wait 3 months before introducing new birds to the outside.
