Im totally guessing the one on the left is a pullet and a roo on the right?

The one on the left is most likely a pullet...and I would think the one on the right is a roo.

The one on the right looks like a hen. The one on the left doesn't scream cockerel to me either (it looks a lot like my polish hen when she was a chick, she had a little red on her face too) but polish chickens are pretty difficult to sex until they lay an egg or crow. I love the picture; very cute!
