Skunks - dispose or release?

Well....we caught a raccoon and a skunk overnight (we are running 2 traps).... which brings our total to 5 raccoons and 2 skunks in the past 5 days. This skunk appears smaller than the previous one, so unlikely it is the same one as a few days ago. Both are being disposed of this morning by my husband. Now if only I could figure out how to trap fox and especially the nasty mink all over our area. I dream of having mink ear muffs made from one I trapped.

I've better sense than to fool with a live skunk so my answer is kill it.

If it is not an endangered species (which skunks definately are not) KILL IT!

Relocating is legal in some states.... we usually don't but from time to time we have relocated.... it wouldn't help really with skunks, but we used to also give coons to a guy my dad worked with to train his hunting dogs
