It looks like a ping pong ball! I have one in my fridge (I've kept it for months since its so darn cute) that's the size of a jelly bean. It was laid by an OEGB. I'll take some pics of it tomorrow and share :)
 
I had a tiny one as well from a RIR last fall,,,, just a wee bit bigger than a jelly bean...of course, my boys cracked it open and there was not a yolk in it, just the white...wish I could share a pic of it...

I have a six-year old Brahma who has been occasionally laying, and her eggs are very tiny, the size of a marble. They all lack yolks. She tries so hard, announces she is going in to lay and egg, noisily prepares the nest, then produces the tiny wonder, and then wraps it up with the official egg song!

She seems healthy, just old.
