Sneezing hen...clear fluid stool....red bald bottom....feather loss.

I have a hen that is "sneezing" it's like a high pitched squeak and when she does this, clear fluid shoots from her bottom (like poo, but it's not). Also, her bottom (under vent) is bald and flaming red. She also started losing all of her back feathers where hens then started pecking her. She has also lost her neck feathers as well. This hen is one year old.

Is this some sort of disease?
