So what is the difference

I have been looking at pricing in my area and around others for Cornish X broilers.

What is the difference between the Pullet, Straight Run or Cockerels? I would assume that Pullet is the female, Straight Run is whatever they grab you get and Cockerels are all males.

If they are what I just listed then why the big price difference between them?
Pullet - $0.89
StRn - $0.95
Cock - $1.06

And what do most people get?
