Soft crop and clear dripping

Hopefully, I can make myself clear. The hen started to have soft shell eggs and a slow/soft crop five days ago. But her poop is solid. I suspect her having egg bound and egg broken inside, and gave her antibiotics shot and calcium for four days. She does eat and drink, and produced a solid shell egg yesterday.

However, she is not her normal self, eat less and with ruffled feathers. Her comb is rosy red, normal.

What really concerns me is that her butt will drip clear fluid with whitish/creamy stuff in it when I hold her or massage her crop as shown in the first picture. Her butt is red and swollen.

What’s gone wrong, please help.

Infection, another egg, or broken egg material still needing to be expelled.

What was the strength (milligrams) and form (calcium carbonate, citrate) of the calcium you gave her?

What was the name and dose of the antibiotic you gave her?

How old is the hen?

How long has she been laying?

Can you get a shot of her whole body including her head and eyes? This would tell us how she's feeling as we read her body language and see her eyes.

I gave her a capful of calcium plus (attached pictures of the product and ingredients). Also, gave her oyster shells, but she doesn’t like them and did not eat a lot.

I gave her Tylan 50 for five days, 0.50 ml each shot.

She is a rescue hen, so I don’t know her age exactly, but she has been laying since she was with us last May.

She laid another egg today, and she is always happier after laying. Still has soft crop and the clear fluid out of her butt when I tried to massage her. I guess she is egg bound in some kind of way. If she can stop laying for a little while, it might help her cure completely.
