Soft eggs

I have a white leghorn that lays soft or thin shelled eggs frequently. She's almost 3. She only layed really good eggsfor the first year or so. My other 2 were having the same problem and now are not laying at all. I have tried oyster shell in the food, on the ground, in bowls next to the feed etc. Nothing works. Any ideas? I have asked this before and tried everything I can think of.
