Soft squishy crop and open mouth breathing, please help!

Hi everyone,

I think my hen has a sour crop? Her crop is squishy this morning and for the last couple days she has been breathing with her mouth open.

What should I do to treat her?

I stopped feeding her solid food and have only given her plain yogurt. She doesn't seem like she's been eating or drinking much.

I massaged her crop a little. But is there anything else I can do??

Sour crop usually comes with a foul smell out of the mouth, does she smell? I personally haven't had any luck fixing crop issues. I believe there tends to be some other underlying problem. Hopefully someone else can give you some better advice.
