Some of my eggs have bumps on them near the top.

The eggs with the bumps are from my from my Aracanas my Chilean birds they are 2 year old hens and we got them from a farmer. The others are from my Rhode Islands I raised from chicks and have no bumps on there eggs. Is this a problem or not does any one know the fist thing my wife thought is it might be worms. have no idea perhaps they are older birds or something.
