Until the sores heal, the feathers won't griw back until she molts, or until you get a saddle. How many hens do you have?

I have six hens (we had more but a few passes) and one rooster. Hoping to add to the flock in a few months. I tried a make shift saddle as the ones I’ve ordered don’t come till tomorrow but he attacked her when I put her back in the run. I’m at a loss I’m new to this whole chicken thing and don’t want to get rid of the roo but I may have to.
