We butchered 40 Birds this past Saturday November 11th between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.. birds were kept on Ice until we got them into the refrigerator after 2:00. They have been in the refrigerator resting since Saturday afternoon are trying to get them bagged today for the freezer. But due to family emergency might not be able to get them all done until tomorrow Can they wait till Tuesday?

If you are concern about it, there is an nob/dial in the fridge that you can increase to colder temperature.

Make sure you close the bags in the fridge not sealed but don’t leave em wide open on top. The chicken will start drying out on the open end.
