Sour crop, pendulous crop, or what?!?

I know this is an old post I'm having the exact same problem with a 3 mt old silkie hen. Large squishy crop. No smell, she's very hungry. Been to vet and she emptied her crop and gave her reglan. It hasn't gotten better and it's been a few days. I've just fed her baby bird formula very wet and garlic water. She is pooping so her system seems slow not stopped. How did you resolve this with your birds?
Mine eventually passed away after a few weeks unfortunately. Never really got an answer from the vet as to what was going on. I think she was stumped too. However, I could not justify doing multiple invasive procedures to diagnose what was most likely and did eventually turn out to be a fatal condition. My best guess is that it was a blockage of some sort further down the digestive tract since the crop seemed to be working as it should. It absolutely gutted me. She was the sweetest little thing. Seems like something always happens to the favorites. Good luck with your baby!
