Pendulous crop 1 yr plus, and sour crop

I wanted to ask the gurus here about my pendulous crop chicken with repeat sour crop, see if you all have any ideas to try or consider. Anything I haven't yet considered that might help her out.

I'm 1.5 years into treating pendulous crop (she's soon 4 yrs old) and she has repeat sour crop which I'm also contending with (about once per month for 4-5 days).

* When it appears (puffy, soft crop before leaving roost in morning), I treat with Medistatin/Nystatin according to her weight.

* I've recently added some vagisil in addition that's mixed with water and orally syringe fed along with the Nystatin.

* She wears a crop support bra at night when sleeping (put on before bed and removed in the morning), not all day as she's an expert at removing them during daylight.

* She eats standard layer pellets for most of the day, and I'd allowed to free range with supervision for a few hours each day.

She seems happy and healthy between the sour crop episodes. Crop goes nearly flat between episodes.
