Splayed leg?

I’m not sure if there’s anything to be done. My runt had splayed leg I thought I corrected when I got her at a week old. She’s always walked funny like I penguin and I thought it was just because she’s so small and her legs are so short she’s trying to keep up with the others but now I’m thinking it’s her leg because it seems to be worse. It doesn’t stop her from anything but her balance isn’t great she seems to trip a lot. She’s 12 weeks now so I don’t think there’s anything I can do but just thought I’d ask.

She looks like she has a leg bone deformity such as a twisted tibia or valgus deformity. Can you take a picture from the front while she is standing? Here is some reading:

It looks terrible like this I didn’t notice she stands with it out to the side like that.
