Starting New Coop

Ok started new coop today. My Wife and chicken math. Started a year ago will 11.
So built a hoop coop. 8×8. Thing we're good back then. Now the math kicked in. One year later up to 25 girls. 8×8 like doing hard time for those girls.
So new one is going to be 9×12. Off the ground.Not set on roof yet,lean to or gable roof. Going to be a work in progress.
Any suggestions from this point are welcome.
